The superb Florida climate,~ with (almost) year round sunshine and warm, balmy evenings
~ means that when you are spending time 'at home' at our villa you will probably want to make the most of our very
secluded pool, spa and deck... and this really is an amazing, spacous and private area with no villas behind - just open views
where you can see for miles!
Having a larger than average plot has allowed us to extend our fully screened
deck twice (2003 & 2008) and it now measures an impressive 1,200+ square foot (over 60 foot wide), ensuring
that everyone in your group has enough outdoor space to relax!
The kidney shaped pool, with in-ground
spa, was upgraded on construction.
Measuring 30 foot in length by 15 foot at the widest points, the pool
depth slopes gently from approximately 3 foot to just under 6 foot, with steps at the shallow end and a 'swim out'
at the deeper end.
We added solar heating to the pool and spa in 2008, and this is provided year round for our
guests at no additional cost. Electric heat is generally recommended during the cooler months from October through to
April and is also available upon request, at additional cost.
As our home has no other villas behind
it, our guests can enjoy some spectacular views over the open countryside... including the beautiful Florida sunrise and the
WDW fireworks in the distance.
A truly amazing sight from our pool deck, which many of our guests have been thrilled
to experience, are the hot-air balloons that regularly take off or land in the open fields behind the villa!
Hampton
Lakes is home to some wonderful wildlife, including many Sand Crane families who can be seen strolling around the community!
The pool, spa and deck all have lighting so that
you can continue to enjoy this wonderful area after dark and, for your convenience, we have fitted a new spa control so
you don't need to exit the deck to turn it on before you can relax in the bubbles!

Even with the two deck extensions, we haven't compromised the incredible amount of space between
our pool area and the two neighbouring villas at each side due to the larger than average plot size.
We still have
over 30 foot of space on each side (which is a pretty unusual amount of space for any villa, even without deck extensions!)
and, just to ensure your privacy and enhance your enjoyment of our pool area, we have replaced the standard lower 'see
through' screens with opaque panels!
