Terms & Conditions
All bookings must be made in writing on the booking form provided and are
subject to the following terms and conditions:
BOOKING
- The owners
will not guarantee to hold dates until a deposit of £100 per week is paid and a completed and signed booking form, guest list
and terms & conditions is returned. Please, therefore, ensure that the property
is booked before making travel arrangements.
- The
booking is non-transferable without our written consent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
- The maximum
occupancy for this villa is 14.
- All guests
occupying the property must be named on the guest list.
- The property
may not be shared, sub-let or assigned to other persons.
- Any requests
to change the names or number of guests stated on the guest list must be made in writing.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
- Whilst the
owners of the property are prepared to pass on recommendations for Travel Agents and Car Hire companies, they accept no responsibility
whatsoever for any problems experienced in using these companies.
- Travel arrangements
are the sole responsibility of the Guests.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
The following payment schedule applies:
- On
booking a deposit of £100 per week ~ NON REFUNDABLE.
- Full
payment of the balance, £250 refundable Security Bond and pool heating charge (if requested) is to be made no later than two
calendar months prior to your departure to Orlando.
- If paying by
instalments, the final instalment is to be paid no later than two calendar months prior to your departure to Orlando.
- Payments by
instalments are subject to a £10 administration fee.
- Payments by
Credit Card are subject to an additional 3.00% handling fee.
In the event of cancellation, the owners reserve the right to apply the following
charges:
- Cancellation
1 – 2 calendar months prior to Check In date: 50% of the rental charge.
- Cancellation
less than 1 calendar month prior to Check In date: 100% of the rental charge.
- Notification
of a cancellation must be made in writing.
LIABILITY
- The owners
will require a Security Bond of £250, which must be paid with the final balance.
- The Security
Bond is refundable subject to a satisfactory status report by the Management Company and the safe return of the key/s following
your departure from the villa.
- In the event
of any damage to the property caused by the party to this agreement, the owners or their agents will look to those persons
for full reimbursement of the outstanding amount within 14 days.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
- Guests may
access the property after 4 pm (local time) on the day of their arrival.
- Unless otherwise
agreed, guests have to vacate the property by 11 am (local time) on the day of their departure.
SECURITY
- Guests are
expected to take all reasonable security precautions, including locking all doors and/or windows and securing the key lock
box whenever they leave the property.
PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
- In
the unlikely event that you experience any problems with the property you should, in the first instance, contact the management
company who will do their best to assist and resolve the matter as soon as practically possible.
- If the problem
remains unresolved, the owners should be notified as soon as possible.
- Please note
that it is not possible for us to resolve any problems or complaints if we are only notified of them after your departure.
DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES
- The management
company should be advised of any breakages or damage to the property caused by guests as soon as possible.
POOL & JACUZZI HEATING
- Optional heating for the swimming pool and Jacuzzi,
if requested, is an additional £91 per week.
- Due
to various factors, mainly the prevailing weather, we cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.
- Using
the pool cover (where provided) when the pool is not in use will help to retain heat.
- In
the event of the air temperature falling to 50°F or below, the pool heater will automatically shut down to prevent
damage.
POOL DOOR ALARM
- For the safety
of any children in your party, and in compliance with Florida Law, the door to the pool area is fitted with an alarm.
- Guests are
advised that tampering with or disabling the alarm is a criminal offence that can incur fines of up to $5000.
INTERNET ACCESS
- Wireless Internet
has been installed at the property as a courtesy and at no additional charge.
- The owners
of the property, or their servants or agents, do not accept any liability for any problems guests may experience if they choose
to use this facility.
VALUABLES SAFE
- A valuables
safe has been installed at the property as a courtesy and at no additional charge.
- The owners
of the property, their servants or agents, do not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss howsoever caused if the guests
choose to use this facility.
- Failure to
leave the key in the safe upon your departure will result in a £75 fee being deducted from your security bond.
FORCE MAJEURE
- The owners
of the property and their servants or agents will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by any of the following:
Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or Threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood,
Technical Problems to Transport, Aircraft Grounding, Closure of Airports, Weather Conditions or any other event beyond their
control.
PERSONAL INJURY
- The owners
of the property and their servants or agents do not accept any liability for injury, howsoever caused, as a result of the
use of the property, swimming pool and/or Jacuzzi.
HOLIDAY INSURANCE
- Guests are
required to have the appropriate travel/holiday insurance in force for the period of their stay.
PETS
- No pets are
allowed in the property, unless by prior arrangement and in exceptional circumstances.
SMOKING
- For the health
and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.
- Smoking is
permitted in the pool area. Please use the ashtrays provided.
