We first stayed in this villa for two weeks in 2009
and absolutely fell in love with it. We stayed for three weeks in 2011, just so we could have more 'villa' days.
We have stayed in a few villas before, but nothing even comes close to this one. It has something to it that
makes you feel just a million miles away from all the stresses and worries of home.
It has absolutely everything
you could ever need and much, much more. Every mod con from the massive TV to the relaxing massage chair, the pool table
area, which has a whole themed area of its own, to the pool which has such a spacious decking area.
The pool area
is fantastic for relaxing in - we watched the Disney fireworks from the hot tub! The hot air balloons landing behind
the villa are an amazing thing to sit and watch by the pool in the mornings and the view of the sunrises are something else
- they have to be seen!
The villa is so clean and well maintained. The decor is lovely and each room has
its own lovely theme. It is hard to chose where to sleep.
The community that it is set in is really nice,
a homely and safe feeling environment with lots of communal areas from the communal pool to the volleyball area and play area
for the children.
When we've stayed here, it was the best holiday experiences we have EVER had.
It has such a feel to the place, you actually feel like you are living the dream. We got as excited about going home
to the villa each time as we did about going to the theme parks!
I don't think that I will ever forget some
of the cherished memories we have from this villa, and cannot imagine going back to Florida now without staying there.
My 'special' place there is lying by the pool watching the palm tree swaying in the breeze and just letting
the time go by without a care in the world. It gives you the feeling of being miles away from anywhere. I cannot
recommend this place enough, it is by far the nicest and most magical place that we have ever stayed in and we cannot wait
to get back there.
The owner has become such a lovely friend, she goes above and beyond anything you might ask
for or need and you can see throughout the villa just how passionate she is about the house and about her guests time there
being the best that it could possibly be.
Cannot wait to do it all again. Thank you Kristina for the holiday
experience of a lifetime.

"Kristina, your villa is out of this world. The
space and amenities that the villa provided are the best we've experienced.
We had a
small problem with the pool heat, I contacted your managment company and within the hour the problem was fixed.
We
also had hot air balloons landing in the field behind us, what a spectacle, especially as one missed its landing site and
was blown way off course. Back to the villa, I would have no hesitation in returning to your villa, as I would
have no hesitation in recommending it to my closest of friends.
Everything was clean and tidy, and plenty of everything,
from towels to kitchen equipment, even a full size pc with internet connection in the kitchen, and never have I been to a
villa with a full size pool table on the landing, with enough space not to hit someone with the pool cue.
I cannot
thank you enough for all your care and attention, before and after our holiday, and yes I really wish we were all back in
Florida we had a fantastic time. Oh, the Christmas lights had been put up and around the entrance to Hampton Lakes,
and were second to none.

had a wonderful time in Orlando. Regarding the villa, we particularly not being over looked and being able to see the
Disney fireworks clearly from the pool area.
The guys loved the indoor pool table with a/c as when we have previously
stayed in Orlando they have been situated in the garage, which can get rather hot and stuffy.
To top it all the
extended check out time was an added bonus and greatly appreciated as it enabled us to relax before we set off to the airport."

although it may not be the cheapest villa in Florida, we both feel that it is amazing value for money and has owners that
really do care about their guests.
As a professional Soccer Coach, who travels all over the world in some of the
most luxurious places, I must honestly say that I always look forward to returning to Florida every year for five to seven
