fifth of an acre) with NO rear neighbours, our beautiful six bedroom, four bathroom home has in excess of 3,500 square feet
of fully air conditioned living space plus a double garage.

Our Fantastic Pool
& Extended Sun Deck

Having such a large plot has enabled us to extend
the pool deck twice. The extensions take our fully screened deck to an impressive 1,200+ square feet (over 60 feet in
width). To maximise your privacy in the pool area the lower sections of the screen are frosted.
|
|
|
|
The sparkling blue pool, with an in-ground Jacuzzi
spa, measures 30' x 15' and has underwater lighting for relaxing evening swims.
The water is solar heated at no additional cost and we have electric heating available for
the cooler winter months.

|
|
|
As our villa does not have other homes behind it our
guests can enjoy views of the glorious Florida sun rise in the mornings and the Disney World fireworks, in the distance,
in the evenings.

Table is located on the bright and spacious open plan 'loft' area upstairs on the first floor, NOT in the stuffy and un-air
conditioned garage like most other villas.

The 'heart' of our home is the Family Room.
This huge (25'5" x 17'8") room is open plan to the kitchen and over looks the pool deck.
The large and comfortable corner sofa adds to the feeling of space and is complimented by
beautiful tiled tables.

|
|
Our Family Room is equipped with a 52"
screen Cable TV, DVD player, selection of DVD's, CD/radio/cassette player and an iPod docking station. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided within the
villa, so if you are bringing your laptop you can surf the Internet in here too!

ensures that everyone will have enough space to sit down, relax and enjoy their time in our villa.

Whether you want to prepare a snack, serve up a takeaway
or cook a full meal our large modern Kitchen is equipped with every major electrical appliance you may require including a
large 'fridge/freezer with auto ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, etc.

You'll also find a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery,
cooking utensils and glassware.
For 'Al Fresco' dining out by the pool side we have provided a range of unbreakable items.

In addition to our casual dining area in the
kitchen and the breakfast bar, we have a Formal Dining Room which is adjacent to the living room at the front of
the villa.

Laundry Facilities
Our Laundry Room is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the garage.
Here you will find our top-of-the-range, front loading washing machine
and tumble drier, both of which are energy efficient and have multi programmes to take care of all your requirements.
An iron and ironing board are also provided, along with a traditional folding 'clothes
horse' for any items that cannot be tumble dried.

Double doors lead into our bright and airy Master
Bedroom, with large en-suite bathroom, which is located upstairs at the rear of the villa.

This very spacious and comfortable bedroom has a US
King size bed and is equipped with cable TV and DVD player.

Our en-suite Master Bathroom has a mirrored, marble
topped vanity unit with his & hers wash basins, a large bath tub, walk-in shower cubicle and a separate enclosed WC.

All four of our bathrooms have an ample supply of
towels and each has a hairdryer.
Towels for use in the pool area are also provided.

Our exclusive Stars & Stripes themed
bedroom is located at the front of the villa. This big, bright room with two single beds is equipped with cable TV, DVD player and games console (currently
PS2).

The unique hand painted Stars & Stripes border
is embellished with thousands of silver stars and is complimented by exclusive art work.

The fabulous Oriental themed bedroom has a US Full
(double) bed, cable TV & DVD player.
The en-suite bathroom has an over bath shower, mirrored vanity unit with single wash basin
and a WC.

To compliment the rich red and gold decor we have
beautiful Oriental art work that depicts the four seasons and is inlaid with mother of pearl.

Our fourth bedroom (with en-suite bathroom)
has a Sea Shell/Water theme. This
bedroom has a US Full (double) bed, cable TV and DVD player.

The en-suite bathroom, which is shared with bedroom
five, has a mirrored vanity unit with two wash basins, an over bath shower and WC.

We've continued the 'Water'
theme into our fifth bedroom, which shares the en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and has two single beds, cable TV and DVD player.

Double doors lead into our sixth bedroom, which is
conveniently located on the ground floor.
This large, bright bedroom has a US Queen bed, cable TV and DVD player.

This bedroom has access to the ground floor bathroom
via a short, private hallway.
The ground floor bathroom, which can also be accessed from the Family Room, has an over bath
shower, mirrored vanity unit with a single wash basin and WC.

A full size metal framed cot can be found in a recessed
area in the ground floor bedroom and we also have a light-weight travel cot that you can set up in the room of your choice.
We also provide a highchair and light-weight stroller.
