• A deposit of £100 per week booked (or part thereof) to be returned with a completed and signed booking form and terms and conditions
• The balance (rental charge minus the deposit paid), electric pool heating charge (if requested) and £250 refundable security deposit is payable two calendar months prior to your arrival date at our villa*
• We do offer our guests the opportunity to pay their balance by monthly instalments.  Please ask if you would like further details on this option
• (*Should your arrival date be less than two calendar months, we would require payment in full)

Your payment options

We accept the following options for both deposit and balance payments:

• Credit Card** - as we have an authorised Merchant Account and can process your CC payments instantly and directly through our own terminal, without the need for third parties/agents.  Please see Credit Card Payments for more details on how you are protected if paying by this method
• Debit Card
• Cheque
• Banker's Draft
• Direct Bank Transfer (BACS)

** Balance payments via Credit Card will incur a 3% handling fee.  This fee is waived for deposit payments.
